Traineeship Location – Ballan and Darley
The Role:
The Financial Services Trainee will support both the Financial Services and Revenue and Procurement Services teams by performing a range of administrative duties, including:
- Property & Client record changes, Statutory Certificates, Sundry Debtors & Infringements.
- Import and data entry of Rating and Financial Transactions
- Assist with preparation, collation and capture of Contract & Procurement related transactions.
- Corporate Banking Transactions
- Assist with Corporate Fleet Management and Purchase Cards
- Accounts Payable Transaction processing
- Prepare other Financial transactions and other departmental duties as required
About you:
You must possess:
- Strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft Applications, with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and provide accurate administrative support within a busy corporate environment including managing differing and changing priorities.
- Strong written and communication skills and self-confidence to develop relationships internally and externally
- A commitment to delivering valued customer service in a timely manner.
- Strong self-management, time management, decision making and accountability skills
- Ability to work collaboratively to achieve team outcomes.
- A current Victorian Driver’s Licence
